Standard compounds listed below are available in various colors and durometers. Precision tolerances are standard. Ultra precision is available upon request.  Round, square, polygon and complex shapes are available in most compounds.

Application Type: FDA Compliant Fluoroelastomer : Our FDA compliant 66% nominal fluorine content fluoroelastomer  black in color compound, specifically formulated to be in compliance with FDA Food contact regulation 21 CFR 177.2600. NSF compliance available. Available brands: Viton, 3M Dyneon. Typical physical properties: Durometer: 72 +/- 5, Spec. Gravity: 2.01, Tensile(PSI): 2045, Elongation(%) 210, Compression Set(%): 14

Application Type: Good Chemical Resistance :  Viton GF600-S is a high-fluorine, peroxide cure type of fluoroelastomer that exhibits superior resistance to steam.  Viton GF-S exhibits good fluids resistance in aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, including methanol, water, steam, and acids and also offers excellent physical properties, including resistance to compression set.  FDA compliant for use in pharma, medical and food handling applications. FDA repeat use food contact compliance with limitations/specifications for Viton GF-600S is outlined in Food Contact Notification (FCN) 510*. Typical physical properties: Durometer: 70+/- 5, Spec. NEW! Application Type: High Chemical Resistance : A compound introducing DuPont Viton Extreme high performance polymer based on its Advanced Polymer Architecture (APA). Viton Extreme ETP-600S is a unique fluoroelastomer that exhibits excellent resistance to steam and to attack by an exceptionally broad variety of chemicals and fluids, including aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, acids, bases, all types of alcohols and even low molecular weight ketones, esters, and aldehydes.  FDA compliant for use in pharma, medical and food handling applications. Food contact compliance with limitations/specifications for Viton® Extreme ETP-600S is outlined in Food Contact Notification (FCN) 539*). This premium peroxide curable fluoroelastomer exhibits the broadest fluids resistance of any Viton fluoroelastomer. Typical physical properties: Color: Black,  Durometer: 77+/- 5, Spec. Application Type: General Purpose EPDM: Our general purpose FDA compliant EPDM, 70 durometer compound  for extruded profiles used in the manufacture of o-rings, gaskets, transport tubing and various sealing components.
