M-Cor Inc. is a manufacturer of high performance sealing products: extruded elastomers converted into specializing sealing products such as encapsulated o-rings, cam lock gaskets and micro ID orings. With over 25 years experience within the industry, M-Cor Inc. has the expertise to extrude “high precision” close tolerance fluoroelastomer extrusions to exacting customer specifications. Utilizing the latest technological innovations in the field, our fluoroelastomer extrusions are held to within +/- .0025 of an inch with continuous lengths over 250 feet or greater! Each batch is Laser measured to meet tolerances. Every batch is supplied with certified documentation to ensure product integrity and geometric tolerances.

Our standard fluoroelastomer extrusions are manufactured with 100% virgin fluoroelastomer compounds. Exceeding industry standards, our high polymer content fluoroelastomer extrusions are certified to meet or exceed AMS 3216, AMS D-2000, AMS 7280, AMS 7276, MIL-R 83248. All tests are conducted by an independent ISO qualified laboratory. Formal documentation upon request.
